Director of the Centre de Recherche en Défense Sociale, Tournai, Belgium. He has worked as clinical psychologist for the Belgium prison authorities for seventeen years.

His main interests of research : Cognitive and emotion correlates of psychopathy, risk assessments of violent and sexual offenders, characteristics of internees patients among the Belgium forensic system.
